A lifting log for iPhone and Apple Watch — with goals that progress.

Log every set from your phone or your wrist. Each one shows the weight and reps to beat, worked out from last time.

Goals

A goal for every set, not just every workout

Each set shows the exact weight and reps to beat, worked out from what you did last time. No plan to remember mid-set — just the next number to hit.

Body Balance

See the muscle you're skipping

Every muscle group measured against its own recommended range, so an undertrained one shows up long before it becomes an imbalance.

Train together

Share the session, not just the gym

Join a workout a partner already started, right from your own phone, and log to the one session together.

The watch

Count-checking on your wrist

An experimental assist, not the whole log: the camera and your watch count reps together and compare notes before you log the set.
